Shocking to think clicking confirm on a social media site can do the damage that it did to Megan’s life. Makes you think what would happen if teh same happened to you and how you would handle it, would you believe them. A scary thought. Vic drew her in pretending to be something he clearly wasn't but he thankfully got caught out and lost out on the one thing he clearly craved - a family. All the best to Megan and thankyou for telling your story, it definitely needed to be told. A brilliant read for anyone esp lovers of true life memoirs. All the best to Megan and her girls.

Absolutely compelling read.It is a true story of an ordinary life that is turned upside down by a very devious man. Harrowing and real, layer upon layer of lies are told to this young, new mother as she is isolated and terrorised by the con man playing the long game. In this age of internet friendships this is an extreme case of how wrong things can go.So brave to unravel the whole story and share it.

Wow I just could not leave this book alone. I am so glad it had a good outcome and Megan was strong enough to do what she did. I was shocked and had no idea anyone could be that mean and controlling. It was also well written. I would definitely recommend it. Great book
